At Secondhand Stories, we want you to love the books you take home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Return Window:
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Eligible Items:

Books must be in the same condition as when purchased.

Gift items or non-book merchandise may be returned unused and in original packaging.

Clearance items, mystery grab bags/Blind Dates, and specially marked items are final sale.

Proof of Purchase:
Please bring your receipt or order confirmation with you. Without proof of purchase, we cannot process returns.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cash purchases over a certain amount may be refunded as store credit.

If preferred, you may choose store credit for the full amount.

If you’d like to swap your item for something else, we’re happy to help you find the perfect replacement.
